KG400 rolling fluid

This product adopts new-style extreme pressure anti-wear agent, macromolecule capturing carbon agent and surface detergent, has excellent extreme pressure lubrication property, fine anti rust property and cleansing property. It is used for rolling of steel plate of single frame reversible machine with four or six rollers. Rolling depth: 0.2mm. rolling width: ≤ 1450 mm. rolling speed: 6~12m/s.

KG600 rolling fluid

This product adopts new-style extreme pressure anti-wear agent, macromolecule catching carbon agent and surface detergent, has fine anti rust property and cleansing property. It is used for rolling car steel plate of high-speed rolling mill. Rolling depth: 0.2-1.5mm. rolling width: ≤ 1700 mm. rolling speed: 10~20m/s.

KGR rolling fluid

This product introduces lubrication agent compound with anti high temperature performance. It can provide fine lubrication property during broad band rolling, preventing roller heated distortion and abraded, reducing steel plate surface disfigurement. Fine anti-emulsion performance prevents cooling water contaminated. It has excellent high temperature lubrication performance, anti-emulsion performance, excellent viscosity property and water proof-ness, suited to rolling of high-speed multi rolling mill. Rolling depth: 2-5mm. rolling width: 800-2500 mm.

KGS-1 wet skin pass rolling liquid

This product is made of water-soluble anti rust additives, lubricants, surface active agent and deionized water. It is used for wet and flat procedure during metal sheets rolling, has fine cleansing, lubrication, anti rust property of roller of strip steel and leveled machine, fine cleansing, excellent anti rust and anti foaming performance, not containing nitrite, boron and amine.
